Treasury of Kelantantese Traditional Cuisine

Well I have said that I will be posting for safekeeping a treasury of traditional recipes fron the various states. However for Kelantan state in particular, I will only do the Malay version and post it in my Multiply site because the state itself has three different postings under separate categories and I am just too lazy to convert it to be posted here.
