Members of the Royal Malay Regiment is among the tourist attraction at the exchange of guards with the members of the Queen Colour Squadron Airforce at the Buckingham Palace, yesterday. Some 130 men of the Regiment Batalion from Sungai Besi have been on duty as the Queens Guard at the Windsor Castle Buckingham Palace, St James Palace and the Tower of London since April 16. Men of The First Batallion Royal (1 RMR) in national dress, marches proudly through the town of Windsor, led by the Central Band towards Windsor Castle, to take over guard duties of the castle. The 45 minute ceremony between the regiment and British Guards Regiment is led by by Major Qadri Abu Bakar. Berita Harian 2 May 2008
